Golf Augusta Pro Shops provides a full range of club repair services 6 days a week, 12 months a year.  Club repairs are done on-site by experienced club building professionals.  A variety of grips and shafts are kept in stock and special order materials can be obtained whenever required. Re-Gripping services:

If your grips are worn out, or if you would just like to try a different grip texture or size, we offer a large selection of grips from all major grip manufacturers. If in stock, we can usually re-grip your club and have it returned to you within 24 hours.  Special orders generally take several days to a week.

Re-Shafting services:

As True Temper states, “The Shaft is the Engine of the club.” So if you feel that it’s time to overhaul the “engine” of your club, we can perform a thorough swing analysis (as described in detail in the Custom Club section) to help determine the shaft characteristics that fit your swing for optimum control and distance.  The shaft can be replaced with newer technology or a better quality shaft than the one used by the “pro-line” club manufacturer.

Broken shafts can often be matched to the original shaft in your set at a cost that is much less than sending the club back to the manufacturer, and the repair can generally be completed in much less time.

Other club repairs that are often done include lengthening or shortening existing equipment to fit new owners, and adjusting lie and loft angles to make sure the set fits the golfer perfectly. We can do the measurements for length, and by using our lie/loft machine we can have the golfer strike a lie board to determine the proper angle.
